At Shakawear, we stand behind the quality of our premium streetwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fit and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
